C40 磨豆機的護理 / 日常保養
小心碰撞摔落造成表面損傷
，如果表面變髒，用濕棉布擦拭就足夠了，擦拭完請立即烘乾
若想進一步保護木皮，可以在木皮表面定期使用蜂蠟擦拭保養
建議用磨豆後用刷清潔刀盤以及粉杯吸附的粉末，及定期拆開磨清潔
*請注意：不要將磨豆機泡在水中，不要使用洗碗機清洗
日常使用請盡量保持乾燥，避免潮濕環境，不可用水清潔磨豆機及刀盤，刀盤及其他內部部件有可能會因此生鏽
磨的零點 (0 Click) 在哪裡？
水平握著你的C40，當刀盤是打開狀態時，搖柄會自行掉落到6點鐘位置
當你逐步關閉刀盤/向細顆粒方向擰旋鈕時，到達零點 (0 Click) 搖柄由於刀頭與外圈間的摩擦力而不會掉落（此時如果你繼續關閉刀盤，則相當於負1格，負2格，以此類推）
研磨度的計數：從零點開始，向粗顆粒方向擰旋鈕，擰過的格數即為研磨度
5-10 clicks：土耳其咖啡 Ibrik
10-15 clicks：意式咖啡 Espresso
15-20 clicks：摩卡 Bialetti
22-32 clicks：手沖咖啡 Pour-over (因豆量和衝煮器具而異)
25-30 clicks：杯測及法壓 Cupping and French Press
30-35 clicks：卡爾斯巴德壺 Karlsbad Coffee Maker
愛樂壓 Aeropress 格數則取決於沖法來定

The burr material and design is the proud result of years of dedicated research and development at Comandante®’s onsite coffee lab. Nitro Blade® is unique, using a high-alloyed, high-nitrogen stainless steel
with a fine martensitic micro-crystal matrix.
Burr Geometry has been optimised to achieve excellent Bean Thruput with a reduced Crank Torque and at the same time deliver a refined Particle Size Distribution for best brewing results.

Stainless steel is the right choice to build a robust and food safe coffee grinder. That is why not only the burr is made of stainless steel, but also the body, axle, crank and micro ball bearings.
